Absolutely not. Snapbrick never trains on your data.

By default, we do not store any data. Raw prompt and response data is processed only to complete an AI query and then immediately deleted, unless you explicitly enable logging for troubleshooting or audit purposes.

Yes. You can use Snapbrick with our managed API keys (offered for leading models) or connect your organization’s own keys.

When accessed via API, most leading AI providers do not use customer data for model training by default. However, policies vary by provider, and you can confirm details directly with the provider you choose.

Audit logs can be enabled on a per-prompt basis for troubleshooting or compliance needs. Logging is optional and controlled by your admins.

Snapbrick includes separate permission sets for Admins and Regular Users. Admins can configure prompts, manage settings, and view broad usage data, while Regular Users can run approved prompts based on their assigned permissions within Salesforce.
Your existing Salesforce access controls always apply with regards: permissions, sharing rules, and field-level security. -
Yes. All data transmitted between Snapbrick and the AI platform of choice is encrypted in transit via TLS. By default, Snapbrick doesn't store your Salesforce data — it reads the record in context, generates the output, and nothing is persisted outside of Salesforce.
